How To Transfer Invoices From Dispatch Anywhere To QuickBooks Online

This article will explain how to setup and export invoices from Dispatch Anywhere to QuickBooks Online.

Step 1

Start by logging into your Dispatch Anywhere settings page (Dispatch Anywhere Settings)

⭐Note: You need to log in with your company administrator account.

Step 2 - Turn QuickBooks On For Your Account And Connect QuickBooks Online Account

Select Company on the left toolbar and click the QuickBooks tab.  The drop-down menu will have an option for QuickBooks Online.  A button will appear to connect Dispatch Anywhere and QuickBooks Online. 

Step 3 - Match Dispatch Anywhere Services With QuickBooks Product & Services

Select services on the left toolbar and pick the first service.  The new field "QuickBooks Item Name" will appear.  Each service name in Dispatch Anywhere should match a product & service name in QuickBooks.  If service names aren't used, they can remain blank.

⭐Note 1: The product & service names from QuickBooks needs to match exactly. This includes capitalization and any characters including spaces.

⭐Note 2: If you leave any "QuickBooks Item Name" fields blank the exporter will skip transferring this service into QuickBooks.

Step 4 - Match Dispatch Anywhere Account Name With QuickBooks Customer Name

Select Accounts on the left toolbar and pick the first customer account.  The new field "QuickBooks Account Name" will appear.  Each customer account name in Dispatch Anywhere should match a customer account in QuickBooks. 

⭐Note 1: The customer names from QuickBooks needs to match exactly. This includes capitalization and any characters including spaces.

⭐Note 2: If you leave any "QuickBooks Account Name" fields blank the exporter will skip transferring this account into QuickBooks.

Step 5 - Transfer Invoices From Dispatch Anywhere To QuickBooks Online

Log into Dispatch Anywhere and select the accounting tab.  A new option "Send to QuickBooks Online" will appear.  Choose the date range of invoices and press export.  If there are any errors during the transfer, they will appear in the log.
